Submissions must include either a picture or story related to the monthly question. Entries missing at least one of these components will be declared invalid.
You must be eligible to graduate in 2010 to enter. Winners must answer a skill testing question in order to receive their prize. Winners must be willing to have their name and picture used for promotional purposes.
