Definitely spending so much time on the operetta productions through the U of C Operetta Society. Learned and gained so much knowledge about music. One of the best times was when I was a witch in a production of Dido and Aeneas. While the stately court was on stage during the performance and dress rehearsal, us witches outside were mocking their every move. Come on the song ‘Pursue thy conquest love’ does have the potential to be mocked.  – Sharon, History

Being an Orientation Leader in Fall 2009. – Michelle, Communication and Culture

We call it “burn out prevention”; it is simply just afternoons at the Den for lunch and some drinks and to chat about our weeks in practicum or class. We never got burned out! – Tanya, Education

After a hard day of work, coming in and sitting down in the Empty Space, chilling with random students and watching the occasional film. – Nathan, Philosophy

All the times I spent with my friends from the Department of Italian either in the Circolino or at the many events during the various Italian Weeks scheduled over the past four years! – Laura, Italian

My favourite memory from the U of C is getting involved with residence and becoming a community advisor. Creating the community and helping students find their way has been ultimately rewarding! – Alya, Business

Dinos run to the Cup this year (football) and the Men’s basketball run towards a national championship last year! – Brian, History

A favourite memory of mine during my university career was all the great discussions we had in the mall with my classmates after a three-and-a-half hour seminar on postcolonial theory. Even though the seminar was long, we spent another few hours outside talking about the class in relation to the world and to our lives. To me, that’s what university is about! – Anthony, English & Philosophy

My favourite memory of the U of C is going to BSD. Such great times were had by all! – Chantel, Kinesiology

My favourite memory while attending the U of C was a cold winter Thursday when some friends and I went to the Den. Amidst the evenings activities there was a point where my best friend and I wound up wearing a box and random pieces of cardboard. – Leanne, Philosophy

First day of university…such an exciting, yet nervous day. – Melina, Humanities

My exchange to Paris for a semester-I had an amazing experience and made great, lifelong friends all over the world. - Christina, International Business

One of my favourite memories is when AOII (sorority on campus) did the Amazing PI Race. Like the Amazing Race, we would race to search for clues while at the same time learn about the campus. It was one of the first times I got to right up to the door to nowhere and the shrinking hallway. And we won! - Julie, Kinesiology

Playing Frisbee on BSD last year. – Josh, Science

One of my favourite memories at the U of C is the discussions my friends and I would have twice a week after our Human Genetics class. These ranged from topics such as how to escape if you are kidnapped and thrown in the trunk of the car to our memories of Disneyland, eventually leading to a reading break trip to Florida. - Helen, Biology

Our NDS group in MacHall! - Angela, Bioinformatics
