'Oh my God—I’m in my final semester and I still don’t know what I’m going to do with my degree?' Sound familiar? Well, don’t fret, according to Jocelyn Spurr, Career Education Program Coordinator at the Career Services office, it’s not too late to figure it out.
“There are lots of students who find themselves in this situation in their final semester”, says Spurr. “This student need led us to develop the Career Education Program, funded by Students’ Union Quality Money.”
The CEP is a comprehensive four module program that gives you the knowledge, tools and confidence to manage all aspects of job search and helps you transition from student to professional. The added bonus is that you get credit on your CCR (Co-Curricular Record), something Spurr says employers will be very impressed with.
